He completed his Master of Science in Information Systems at the prestigious University of New South Wales in 2022. His project (thesis) examined the effects of information technology on people and organisation, and significantly contributed to how businesses and business leaders can identify stress associated with the use of information technology over time and recommended ways to mitigate or to reduce the long-time impacts. He also investigated how blockchain and Robo-advisors affect the operating performance of SMEs, in particular, why Robo-advisors trigger an exodus of human, financial advisors, leading human financial advisors to be less willing to continue to operate in wealth management firms. Following the above, He recently accepted a Doctor of Philosophy offer from the University of Central Queensland (UCQ), Sydney Campus due to his keen interest in studying the Dark side of Information System Technology on people and organisation. His PhD will further investigate the negative impacts of AI on stakeholders and how AI-related factors impact job performance, individual- and firm-level productivity. The findings will contribute to the existing body of framework on AI ethics and work-life balance in Australia and around the world.

1. Student Registration System

ABSTRACT

The system is targeted at making the entire Student registration system less stressful. Student can register for course through online portal. The course registration is a major step to be recognized as student of Pendidikan Suria College with unique Identification. It is a process in which a student is required to provide exact detail of his/her personal information and residential information along with approved course of study. Proper registration of a student is very vital as all the detail filled by the individual are depicted on the academic record that is issued at the end of term.

1.0 OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE

1.1 OBJECTIVES

· TO STUDY AND IMPROVE THE EXISTING SYSTEM

The existing student registration method does not use an information technology system; rather, applicant must fill the registration forms in person at the admin offices. Thus, the author intends to study the logic behind this registration process and transform it using information technology system.

· TO PROVIDE SECURED WAY OF HANDLING STUDENT INFORMATION

The online student registration system shall implement a more secure login and information handling system. Users shall be required to login with a user ID and password and all information are fully secured. Access to certain information will only be granted with authorization from the system administrator. This will curb the menace of missing information, which usually occurs when a paper is missing and along goes with it the entire student’s information.

· TO ENHANCE THE EFFICIENCY OF ADMIN DEPARTMENT

This project shall investigate the necessary tools and methods by which the student administration process can be optimized. The system shall be designed to include pertinent features that can improve the student information handling process and the entire registration process.
